Order Status and Changing Orders

Please allow up to an hour for your order confirmation to be sent to the email address associated with your account.

It may take up to an hour for you to receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you don’t receive confirmation within that timeframe, please contact our Customer Care team.

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted. When you receive your order, please return via Happy Returns.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the expected delivery date.

Tracking information will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. The link provided will take you to the tracking page, where you’ll be provided with an estimated delivery date. Please allow one full business day for the tracking information to update. If it does not update within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Care team via chat.
Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges of any items (excluding Final Sale items) within 30 days of purchase in unworn, unwashed condition. Items must have all tags and liners intact. You may exchange items for a different size in that same item. However, if you’d like to exchange for a different color or different item entirely, you will need to process a return for VENUS Wallet Credit and then use that credit to place a new order for the other item. Final Sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or applied for VENUS Wallet credit. All returns are processed via Happy Returns.

We’re happy to offer free returns when exchanging non-final-sale items or opting for a VENUS Wallet Credit! For refunds, an $8.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Happy Returns is a service we've partnered with to provide you with an exceptionally smooth return experience. Our partnership with Happy Returns promotes sustainability by offering paperless, box-free returns, benefiting both you and the planet.
How it works:
Simply bring the items you want to return—no need for a box, bag, or envelope—to any Return Bar location across the contiguous U.S. Make sure to have your return QR code ready on your phone. That's it! After you drop off your return at a Return Bar, you can expect to receive your refund within 24 hours.
For those outside the contiguous U.S., you are able to return your item(s) via mail by printing a prepaid return label, packing your item(s) and dropping your return at the designated shipping carrier.

To process a return or exchange, visit our Return Portal. We offer two different options:
- Happy Returns Bar: Quick, easy and paperless! Visit any of the Return Bar locations across the contiguous U.S. and get your refund within 24 hours. Find a Return Bar near you.
- Via The Mail: Print a prepaid return label, package your item(s), and drop your return at the designated shipping carrier.
You may exchange items for a different size in that same item. However, if you’d like to exchange for a different color or different item entirely, you will need to process a return for VENUS Wallet Credit and then use that credit to place a new order for the other item. Reminder, there is no return fee when you choose VENUS Wallet Credit as your refund method! -
If you love shopping at VENUS and want free returns, then our VENUS Wallet program is for you! When returning an item, instead of opting for a refund to your original form of payment, select VENUS Wallet Credit to receive a return credit that never expires.
Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive an email with your VENUS Wallet Credit. This can be redeemed at checkout. VENUS Wallet is currently available to U.S. customers only.

An E-Certificate is a digital credit that can be redeemed at checkout. Above the order total, enter the E-Certificate in the box labeled “Discount code or gift card” and click “APPLY”.

If your package arrived damaged or has not been received, please contact us within 21 days.
If you choose to contact us by email, please be sure to include as much of the following information as possible so that we can quickly resolve the matter:
- Account number or phone number
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Description of issue (please be sure to include the specific item number(s) of damaged or missing merchandise)
NOTE: Refunds will not be issued after 30 days of ship date.
Sizing

Our items run true to size, unless otherwise stated in the description.
Our clothing styles are based on the misses size range, which is larger than junior's sizing, but smaller than women's sizing. We recommend you reference our size chart here to find your best fit. -
We heard you ask for petite sizing, and we're excited to announce that we'll be launching petites in September! We can't wait for you to try our new fits, designed for those 5'4" and below. Sign up for emails here and be first to know when the new collection launches!

Yes, many of our styles are available up to size 24 or 3X!

Our bra-size swim tops are based on a 34-inch bust and feature an adjustable back strap. If you order a bust measurement larger than 34-inches, the cup will automatically be converted to the next size up to accommodate the larger measurement.

We’ve revamped the way our swim size chart works to help you find your best fit! When ordering a swim top, select your bra size and our system will automatically convert that to your VENUS Sister Size. This means that the cup size you receive may not match the one you entered at the time of purchase. For example, if you ordered a 36C, you’ll receive a D cup which is your VENUS Sister Size. This is correct! For this reason, please make sure to try on your swim top to see if it fits before initiating a return.
Shipping

Orders placed with Standard Service shipping will ship within one business* day of order placement and will arrive to you within 7-10 business* days from the ship date.
Expedited orders placed before 12:30 PM ET on a business* day will ship that same day. If you chose Express Shipping, your order will arrive within 2-3 business days from the ship date. If you chose Next Day Air, your order will arrive within one business day from the ship date.

NOTE: If you used a payment type that does not have cash value, such as a VENUS Wallet Credit, e-certificate, VENUS Card Reward, or e-gift card, your refund will be issued back in that same credit type. If you used a combination of one of these payment types in addition to a credit or debit card, your refund will first be credited back to the non-cash-value payment type and then any remaining refund due will be refunded back to the original credit or debit card used to place the order.

Yes you can! Select the size and color of the item you want, then click "Join the Waitlist." You'll then be prompted to enter your email address and phone number. Once you finish and click "Join the Waitlist," you'll receive a text message asking you to reply Y to subscribe. That's it. Once the item you're waiting for is back in stock, you'll be the first to know!

Only one offer code may be applied per order and it cannot be combined with any other promotions. Offers are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previous orders, such as purchases from a previous day or before the start of a flash sale.

To cancel your VENUS Unlocked membership, visit your account settings from your VENUS Unlocked online account or contact Customer Service with your cancellation request.
To cancel online, sign in with your member credentials at VenusUnlocked.com/sign-in. Once you’ve signed in, click “Account” on your main menu, then select “Cancel Membership” from the dropdown. Follow the instructions provided to finalize your cancellation request.
To cancel through Customer Service, you can call us 24/7 at 844-776-0342. You can also email your cancellation request to CustomerService@VenusUnlocked.com or submit your request online.
Once you cancel your membership, you’ll have access to your member benefits until the end of your monthly membership term. After you cancel, you’ll receive a VENUS Unlocked E-Gift Card for the approved remaining balance stated in your Savings.

International Customers

Canadian orders ship via Global-e with DHL International shipping. You can expect delivery within 6-10 business days after your order clears customs per the tracking details, which is typically within 14 business days of shipment.
For your convenience, we collect and submit the duties/taxes on your behalf when you place your order.

Items mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Applicable duty rates vary by type of goods along with the country from which they came from and are made in. Please note that certain goods originating from the U.S. are subject to a surtax starting July 1, 2018. The Canada Border Services Agency has additional information in regards to import duty/fees. To return an order from Canada for a refund, please follow the steps below:
If you no longer have the paperwork included with your order, please print a new return invoice here.
Complete the return invoice and include it inside your packaged return.
Return item(s) to us via the carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are a customer expense and are non-refundable.
You will receive a confirmation email when we have processed your return. Submit this to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) along with the required paperwork to request a refund of duty/taxes. Visit the Canada Border Services Agency website for more information. You can find the address for your local Regional Refund Center here.

Currently, we are unable to process exchanges for orders shipped to Canada. If you request an exchange, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Once your refund is processed, feel free to place a new order on our website for the item you’d like.
Retail Delivery Fees

The State of Colorado has imposed a retail delivery fee on certain taxable items to be delivered within the state. This includes any item that is subject to sales tax, including most items on VENUS.com (except for e-gift cards). This retail delivery fee is non-refundable if your order is returned.
